Carbon Steel PTFE Line Pipe and Fittings

Resistoflex manufactures PTFE lined carbon steel pipe fittings in 1" - 12" diameters, with full vacuum rating at 450° F. Our PTFE liner is the thickest available, as standard, for full vacuum resistance and permeation resistance. Fittings are also available with TEFLON® PFA.

 

Stainless Steel Lined Pipe/Fittings

Resistoflex offers 304 and 316 stainless steel pipe, and fittings lined with PTFE,PVDF, and polypropylene. Pipe and fittings are available in 1" - 12" diameters. Stainless steel lined pipe and fittings offer the same liner thicknesses and vacum ratings as our carbon steel product line.

High Integrity Flange™

The High Integrity Flange (HIF) is a modified ANSI Class 150 PTFE lined pipe connection that provides leakless performance based on EPA Vacuum Bagging Method Emissions Testing. Pipe and fittings conform to ANSI dimensions, and offer the same liner thickness and full vacuum ratings as our standard PTFE lined pipe.

Serra-Seal™ PTFE Lined Tubing

Serra-Seal lined pipe by Resistoflex is a low-cost, light-weight PTFE lined system that combines the strength of steel with the corrosion resistence of PTFE. Available in 1"- 4" diameters, our Serra-Seal piping system uses specifically designed radia clamps or ANSI class 150 split falnges to connect components.
